I hope you had a great summer! Welcome back to school! I look forward to another exciting school year in Reading!

I had a great year with all of you! You have all made tremendous progress! I hope you visit a bookstore or the library and read for pleasure during your vacation! Enjoy this time with your families and I look forward to seeing you in September!

Starfall

Each night students will read for at least 15 minutes either individually or with a parent. They will record the title of what they read on their reading logs. Another option is to have it signed by a parent for extra credit.

I want to welcome you to reading class at Pleasantville Elementary School. I am thrilled to be your teacher! It has been a pleasure meeting all of you and I am looking forward to a successful year. I hope that together, we can make reading something that is fun and exciting for you!

Remember, reading is power! Empower yourself and read something everyday!

October 25th at 6:30 is Family Night at William Penn High School. See you there!
